CAN is excited to announce that the firm was commissioned to deliver retail planning, interior design, and signage design for 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐪𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 – Hongkong Land’s second joint-venture project in Chongqing with China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd.

The project is adjacent to Chongqing Central Park, which covers an overall area of about 1.5 million square meters and is currently the largest open urban central park in China. Chongqing The Ring, Central Avenue is another masterpiece jointly created by Hongkong Land and China Merchants Shekou. It aims to create a new generation of shopping parks and become an urban ecosystem integrating cultural creativity, technological innovation, and leisure tourism.

Located in the core area of Chongqing Central Park, the scheme nods to the surrounding’s glamorous characteristics and embeds nature to create a dialogue with its context. It will form a new leisure and entertainment model of “park + shopping” together with Central Park, and will be the largest commercial and business center in Chongqing. Drawing on the success of The Ring in Chongqing, the project is set to become an extension of innovatively combining urban living and the beauty of nature in one space.
